Pricing
No hidden fees. No surprise increases. Indoor units at $0.65/sq ft. Outdoor lots at $2/linear ft (minimum $35/mo).

The gate is accessible 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily. Hours are subject to change without notice.
Units 1–152 at 5832 Gov't Way: enter directly behind the office.
Units 239–399 at 5712 Gov't Way: 2nd driveway south, behind Affordable Transmission.
Each tenant receives a personal gate code. Keep it safe and private. Lost your code? Visit the office with a valid photo ID.
Rent is due the 1st of each month. No billing statements are sent. One day late = gate access denied. Office is open for appointments only. Payments can be dropped into the secure rent drop-box at the front of the building.
All tenants must carry their own insurance on stored belongings. Dalton Storage does not insure contents for any reason.
No habitation. No flammables (gasoline, paint, etc.) unless in a properly vented vehicle tank. Light switch only — no electrical power. No sharing access codes.
